• Hot Stone Massage - Master the art of using heated basalt stones to melt away tension, enhance circulation, and encourage deep muscular relaxation.
• Hawaiian Lomi Lomi -
  An ancient Hawaiian practice that goes beyond physical massage - a deeply spiritual and intuitive technique rooted in aloha (love),harmony and connection.  Known as the "loving hands" massage, Lomi Lomi uses long flowing strokes that mimic ocean waves, restoring balance and energy flow in the body.

Lomi Lomi is more than just the technique and the best healing comes from intention, forgiveness and working with a higher power such as Aloha Spirit.  You will learn the importance of breathwork, tai chi style movements around the table to keep energy flowing, Hawaiian chants, Hawaiian philosophy to incorporate into you every day life.  Hawaiian practices are a way of life and that is why it is said that the Hawaiians are the happiest people in the world.
